We collect the following personally identifiable information about students and athletes:

- Last name
- Student ID
- Grade
- Team
- Homeroom
- Parents’ email addresses

How we use your information
We use this information solely for the purpose of providing photography services to schools and youth leagues. Specifically, we use it to:
- Identify students and athletes for photography sessions
- Deliver photos to schools and leagues for use in school data systems
- Provide student IDs to schools
- Deliver photos to parents
- Communicate with parents about our services
We will not collect, maintain, use or share student PII beyond what is needed for authorized educational/school purposes, or as authorized by the parent/student. We do not use behavioral data for targeted advertising, and we never sell personal information.
This website & the contact form
Browsing this website does not require an account and sets no tracking or advertising cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless service that reports aggregate page-view statistics and cannot identify or track individual visitors. Fonts and images are served directly from our own site — no third-party font or ad networks are loaded.
If you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide (name, phone number, email address, and your message) solely to respond to your inquiry. Submissions are stored securely with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and are deleted once your inquiry is resolved. We never sell or share this information for marketing purposes. To request a copy or deletion of anything you've submitted, email info@schoolhousephotos.com.
Photo galleries and yearbook ordering are provided by our service partners (PhotoDay and Yearbook Market), which operate under their own privacy policies.
