Scheduling
We work with your school to plan ahead for the entire year — fall photos, spring photos, and makeups — so both your staff and families know exactly what to expect.
We’ll check in before each date, discuss time needed per student, and help you build a schedule that keeps picture day running smoothly with as little interruption to the school day as possible.
The process
All we need is a list of student names, student ID numbers, homerooms, grades, and parent/guardian emails. Our secure internal facial-recognition software checks each child in quickly, so we capture photos faster than ever — and every student is accurately sorted and matched.
Photos are delivered to families through private online galleries with unique access codes, and ID-ready images go back to your school’s data system.
